60000k tune up and throttle body.. 850 1995

hi,

I need to do the 60000k mile tune up and need some help with replacing the new parts and cleaning the throttle body on a 850 turbo..i will buying original volvo parts to do the tuneup..

I have the haynes manual for guidance but need to know how to remove the hose that goes over the spark plug cover and distributor. Does the Hose have to be disconnected inorder to do a full tuneup and is it tough to remove it and putt it back ??

The dealer charged me to clean the throttle body at 30000k mile tuneup and wanted to know how can I clean it myself at 60000k. Does anyone have a link with illustrations on how to clean the throttle body and how to get to it...

I saw information on http://volvospeed.com/maintence.html on how to replace the fuel filter...can i replace it without jacking up the car ..how do you jack the car from the rear with a 3 ton jack in order to place jack stands under the car..??

are there any other parts that I should look into to do the tuneup..

thanks
