Tune up? S60

Due to rough idling of my s60 with 130K miles it's been suggested I do a tune up.

On my 240 brick I found this task quite enjoyable: new plugs, wires, distributor, distributor cap.

After looking for parts on FCP, Eeuroparts, and RockAuto it is clear that the tune up on newer cars is much different than a 20 year old car.

I'm going to order a Haynes guide but want to now what parts are need and how often this typical tune up should take place.
