Rather than going to the trouble of switching the springs for strip use which is what I believe you're eluding to, why not simply use spring blocks front and rear at the track. Clamp the front ones down (lower the front) and block the back ones up (raise the back). I've found from my own experience that this, in conjunction with very low pressure in the front and high pressure in the rear tires significantly reduces squat and cleans up the 60' quite well. Most automotive supply stores sell these kits with two assemblies per package for about $10 per. $40 all around and you'll shave 1-2 tenths off your 60' when you learn to set it up right.
