Clutch Squeal - stumped S60 2004

Crumb... You need a helper to do a cold start for you while you listen in the engine bay. 200,000 Km is too soon for a throw-out bearing, besides, the bearing would sound worse after heating up. The clutch isn't slipping, so that is not the problem.

If the PS or alternator bearings are making noise, that would make more sense. They can heat up rapidly and the noise would then go away. Letting out the clutch will slow the rpms a fraction, which could add to the problem.
