rear suspension alignment problem S60

Hi All,
my wife's S60 AWD has a habit of chewing out the inside of the rear tires. There is now observable play in the bushings where the subframe meets the floor of the car. It has become so bad that the tire shop needs to have the bushings replaced before it can do an alignment (due to excessive play).

I have looked for parts on-line (Groton's) and see Scantech bushings available but I am challenged by trying to find any info on how long this job takes or whether I could do this myself...

Does anybody have any kind of experience with this problem?

Thanks,

Rod
