Squeaky noises when over bumps 850 1993

The car is making this noise like is coming apart or something is loose. It's a squeaking noise, but only when going over a bump. The car drives and feels good otherwise. I had Bilsteins installed to the car ~8 months ago, but did not change the mounts. Could that be the problem? How can I check? Are there any parts that need to be lubed/greased over time (i.e. door hinges)? Any other places that I need to be tighten?
