I am in the final stage of the lemon law process and in my state, if I can show that other people are experiencing the same general problems, i.e. the check engine light coming on repeatedly, then Volvo will have to buy my car back. Volvo has already admitted there is a problem and offered to give me a new car, but I don't want another Volvo, that's why we are going to arbitration. Thanks for your response.
