Re: Flashing Arrow (Mode "Winter") 850 1994

I got this problem during this weeks Chicago blizzard. I was going up a hill... yes with the summer tires still on... in winter mode and during a slip the flashing arrow started. I got home and let the car sit for about 10 minutes and the arrow disappeared. I presumed the tranny was over heating. It did set off the Check Engine light. The only problem is that the Haynes manual doesn't list tranny ECU errors and also says you can check certain ECU errors under A^ which apparently doesn't exist. I cleared the tranny stuff and everything has been back to normal. If oyu would like to know how to clear the ECU on a '95 and belwo just email me at seminara@enteract.com

Thank You
