Thanks for your note. It does seem bare bones. I don't think it has ABS either. It has a couple of frills like the famous "winter package" , that is the heated seats and headlight lens wipers. It does have leather seats.
I would love to have a manual transmission but aren't those very rare? I occasionally look for one on here but I've never seen it. I may pass this car onto my mother-in-law at some point down the line like I did my ancient 740
My old V70 was rear-ended by a compulsive cell phone checker. It collapsed the main beam upon itself just behind the rear wheel. The state of Florida will soon issue a certificate of destruction for it and it will go to a junk yard.
