DTC Code 0303 Which cylinder is #3 with firing order 1-2-4-5-3? V70-XC70 2004

2004 non turbo threw a P0303 misfire code. I am trying to figure out what caused it so I took the third plug from the left out, and I switched the coil pack with the one over the cylinder closest to the timing belt, but did I get the right cylinder? The firing order is 1-2-4-5-3, so is the 0303 code regarding the last cylinder on the right, or the 3rd on from the left? I am trying to see if the coil pack is bad, or if it is something else. The car is loosing coolant, and I am hoping it is not the head gasket causing the misfire.
