Is this car a lemon? S60 2006

No. A lemon is one that has a specific problem that cannot be repaired. Your car can be repaired. $9K was a good price, but I have a problem with newer cars that have a salvage title. We both know that 'salvage' means that an insurance company estimated repairs that are more than the car is worth. Must have been a big hit for a newer car.

Motor mount is an easy repl. I don't know what a torque mount is. With the motor mount not holding up the front of the engine, it is now lying on the subframe. Of course it won't 'start' with the Tbelt rubbing on the frame.

And the tranny won't like shifting when everything is tilted to the right. If the fluid is black, your tranny is in for rough times. You could try flushing it with 3309 ATF, which will only help the valve body.

Looks like you need the car checked out by a shop to determine what is REALLY wrong. Guesses like valve body leave me cold.
