I remember it well S60 2006

It certainly look very good, except for those dumb wheels. My 850 steering rack was also extremely loose, there was hardly any feel to it at all compared to my 1998 which is perfect.

Your S70 is still quite nice and probably getting better with age. A little TLC is always good for the soul. Besides, tinkering with the 3rd stop light is fun, you could always stop at a pick&pull to get an OEM product. Unless you were to live in MN, where the only P&P never has any S/V70s.

While my 1998 does not have a salvage title, it was wrecked - sandwiched - pretty well. The front end has been replaced, rather badly, and I found window glass in the wells bechind the rear wheels. It does keep me busy, trying to find straight parts. But it is 12 years old and has 185K miles on it, it still runs well and all of the electrics work.

I know your S70 is not your beloved 850, it is better. Yes, it has a few faults but it has its own personality. It is fast, gets good gas mileage, has comfortable seats, and a great climate control. Hang on to it, it will become your second love.
