Tires losing air 850

I have an 850 with Cetus alloy rims. The problem I am having is the wheels have been losing air (slow to moderate leak) on 3 of the 4 rims. I had an initial rim in teh summer with the problem and had the tire removed and a new valve stem put on. The issue seems to still be happening on teh rim as well as the others that have never had any repairs done.

Do these rims have coorission issues that creates gaps for air to leak out of teh tire? The rims are old and the paint is coording off in many places. I'm looking to get new tires but if the issue is associated with teh rim shoudl I have the rims treated before installing new tires? A family member had chrome rims with a similar issue. Salt from teh roads cystalized and broke the air seal of teh tire. They had the rims "turned" to clean the area where the tire seals to the rim.

Has anyone else had teh same issue?
