Gasoline odor 850

Mechanics couldn't find anything nor detect raw gas odor. Said they could pressurize the fuel system and do a smoke test but they won't be able to do that until next week. I can wait it out. Projects this summer; valve job, new turbo and 02 sensors, should have this beast performing pretty close to new. I may call it a moneypit, but at 290k on the clock there has been a lot of maintenance items done recently ( radiator, starter, full timing kit and PCV system and new axles ) that have kept it on the road.
