Oil seeping into spark plug area on top of the head 850

I have oil seeping up into the area under the spark plug cover. Enough is seeping in to eventually drip out the back of the head onto the turbo manifild and product a plume of acrid oil smoke.

I had the engine rebuilt about a year ago, and was wondering if the sop that did it left something out. I see some kind or receptacle between the 2nd and 3rd spark plug. Should something be here?
