Re: lights dimming, check engine light on 850 1994 Turbo

As I understand it, the air-pump is electric. It very well could be creating a large demand upon the electrical system. I had an ABS pump motor on a '94 Accord cause a similar problem. Since you did repalce the main components of the electrical system already, I would point to the air-pump as a strong possibility. Try to disconnect the pump and then give the car a whirl. If the problem goes away, have the air-pump replaced. (Also have its associated circuit chacked out as it could be melbatoast too.)
