leaking oil at filler cap 850

Greetings all! I've been losing oil out my oil filler cap when driving my '96 855 GLT. I replaced the oil seperator and tubing a year ago so I'm thinking it can't be that? Could it just be a bad oil cap gasket? Can anyone help??? Also, I put in auto rx on my last oil change, I'm about due for another oil change, could a plugged oil filter do this? (Mann filter)
