850 Won't start 850 1993

Car was running fine. Didn't drive it for about a week over the holidays and now it won't start.
Car turns over... tried jumping for added power... nothing.
Have checked for and got both fuel at the rail and spark at the plugs. I replaced the Cam Position Sensor a few months back. Checking plug leads etc. Any other suggestions? Can I still get readouts from the computer even though I can't get it running ?
Mechanic (non Volvo) just called and said he can't get a pulse at the fuel injectors...?? Any suggestions? thanks
