Transmission Fault Codes 850 93

Started my car this morning (air temperature -28C), backed it up a few metres out of the garage and the transmission arrow started flashing. Drove it back into the garage but transmission seems to be locked in 2nd or 3rd gear.

Checked transmission fault codes and came up with (A1) 3-1-3, 1-3-4, 2-1-3. Cleared codes, started car again and let it come up to full temperature and put it into gear again to see if situation would repeat. Again the transmission arrow started flashing immediately. Checked codes again and came up with just the 3-1-3 fault.

Does anyone have an educated guess on what the problem may be and could anyone decipher the fault codes for me?
