TCM 313 is saying that your PNP switch needs replacing. You might try rapidly moving your shifter from P to L about 15 times, clear the codes and see if that lasts you for a while. That may clean up the copper contacts on the inside of the PNP enough to stop the codes from being set. You need to consider the replacement of the switch as well, it is located on top of the transmission. if you follow the dip stick tube for the trans down, you will see the switch just to the right, the left part of the switch actually holds the dip stick tube in place.
