The regulator and the return hose should be inspected immediately. If it was running worse, it points more towards an injector seal or two, which would be more isolated to a cylinder or two. Because its running more or less normal, I think its the excess fuel (the FPR send extra fuel back to the tank, as opposed to having less fuel sent from the pump) either leaking at the regulator, the connection, or the hose. This is a somewhat easy fix, I wouldn't recommend driving until its fixed.
