Don't know if this is the correct forum to ask for used car advice but here it goes. My sisters 99 Saad 93 turbo sports edition convertible is kaput. SHe saw a 2009 S60 at Borton i think in minneapolis. Any advice on used Volvos, which ones to avoid, which ones are solid? Thanks in advance.
