Re: Time for Tires 850 1994

Hi Charles.

Michel Pilot Primacy or older Pilot HX MXM are a good choise for wet and dry; they both are very silent (here in Italy I have just had a 300 miles trip at 100 mph, and it seemed to me to go at 80 mph!). About snow, they are enough good. In a word, the best compromise for every circumstance.

They are very long lasting, too (and this is an important thing).

But if you are looking for the best tire for maximum performance, then the

ONLY choise (this is my opinion) is PIRELLI PZERO RED, the new product (here in Italy 205/50 R 16 86Y is available from October; I don't know about 205/45 R 17) of Pirelli: it goes best then old PZERO on the wet, and it's a bit more silent.

But it's impossible to drive more than 12,000-15,000 miles (with four tires and with European fast drive style).

Good enjoy with your Turbo!

P.
