High idling speed 850 1995

The idling speed on my 850 T5 seems to high(more than 1000rpm). This happens after a couple of miles driving and not when the engine is started in the morning. I have noticed that the more the car is driven the higher the idling speed. Yesterday it even reached 1500 rpm !!

I had the problem before but it stopped when I had the car serviced 90,000km. However it started again !!

Any ideas before I go the the dealer again would be much appreciated.
