2001 s 70 Transmission Woes V70-XC70

Gooday Folk...

Had my volvo v70 T5 Geartronic last 9 months.. Last nite my wife coming
home from a 100 miles trip got the message "Service Transmission".
Car was shifting erractly. Obd code set was P1618. I also noticed
in front the lower airintake scoop was jammed with ice

Had done a Flush with 3309 24 qts. about 8000 miles ago. Present
mileage is 1139000.

I had used AutoRx on my Daughters Toyota Sienna which had the
transmissing slipping.... Successfully.

What are my options?

Any advice will be most Appreciated..
