warranty V70-XC70 98

I am one of those lucky owners that Volvo decided didn't need a chance to buy an extended warranty. V70 1998 with 45,000 miles. (Guess they changed this policy in Nov 1st 2000, and now if you are over 36,000 you cannot buy it) (Not a happy Volvo owner on that one)

But moving on, my dealer would like to sell me a "Wynn's warranty". Seems pretty good and picks my V70 up at 50,000 and carrys it to 100,000 or 6 years(whichever comes first) for around $1700, with no deductible. Cheaper then Volvos warranty. For most part covers about everything but wear items and body. Has anyone had experiece with a Wynns warranty.
