I really appreciate all the advice and assistance I have gotten from this board. Without you the Volvo experience would have been unbearable. Hopefully Volvo will realize that long term customers are better than short term profits. But that is all I have seen from them in the last three years.

So I have decided to trade my 850R in on a new Boxster. Hopefully Porsche has better customer service than Volvo.
