Hi Sonny, remember, I'm from Chicago too. What dealer have you been taking you r car to? I've found that Patrick Volvo is the worst dealer for service. I've been taking my cars to Grossinger Volvo and Laurel Volvo (brand new dealership). I have my 850R at Laurel right now for major engine repairs. They've been great to me! Grossinger is good, but they're just too far of a drive for me.
