The bulbs in the switches are easy enough to replace. I have replaced mine several times and then just finished making LED retrofit bulbs so I never have to change them again. The easiest way I have found for removal of the switches on the right of the dash is to remove the radio, ECC, and then reach up and push the switches out. From there you will need a #1 flat blade screwdriver and a pair of needle nose pliars. The bulbs are the little whiteish colored cap towards the top rear of each switch. The bulbs on the hazard switch are located on the side. As far as the heated seats go, pop off the OBDII cover and remove the screw from there and then the screw by the cigar lighter. Lift out the panel and that will allow you room to put your hands under the console to push out the heated seat switches. As far as the rest of the switches go, I have yet to find an easy way to remove them. If you are interested in a replacement bulb for the switches that will NEVER burn out and does not get hot, go dim, or use much power, please let me know. I can make them in BLUE, RED, YELLOW, GREEN, WHITE, and ORANGE. The end result looks like the power window switches as they are using LED's as backlights. I will also be making the same colors for dash lights, shifter, seat belt, ECC, and other indicators in January. Good luck, and I hope this helps.
