Possible Purchase - Opinions needed V70-XC70 1998

A few days ago I crashed my 92 740 wagon. The damage is extensive enough that a "proper" repair isn't practical given the value of the car.

I'm looking at a 1998 V70 AWD that my boss has offered for sale so I know something about the history. It's in very good to excellent shape with 130,000 miles and drives well. Everything works. No accidents in it's history. The body is perfectly straight with just some scratches on the back bumper from loading/unloading stuff. Southern car - zero rust. The paint is good but it could use a waxing. The tan leather seats are in amazing condition - almost like new. She just had a new steering rack installed. The steering was acting quirky, so she had a new rack installed - the new rack worked good but started leaking. Her mechanic stood behind his work and just replaced the rack again yesterday. All should be good with the car now. Oh yes, the drivers window squeeks when it goes up and down.(Dry squeegy seal?) What would I need to be concerned about with this car?

I've haggled as much as I can over the price - she's firm at $4000. Is it worth it?

Thanks in advance for your opinions.
