Removing / replacing headlight WIPERS 850

Thanks for your response; it was a reminder for me to be specific in my requests. I SHOULD have stated that the wiper STEM is missing (well, not completely, but broken beyond any functionality). Are the stem assemblies (which seem to go up under the lighting fixture into the upper bumper area) easily replaceable, or even worth doing? Also, how would one turn them on if in fact they were operable? I didn't see a switch and don't have a manual yet for this vehicle. Thanks again.
