P2108 TAC Performance Module Error V70-XC70 2004

It looks like your options as to cause are dirty throttle body (extremely likely) rusted connection (little bit likely) and a bad throttle body (not that likely).

Best bet is to pull off the throttle body and clean it very well. Then give all the moving parts a nice lube job. Moving the throttle plate shouldn't damage anything.
