P0410, V70-XC70

Hi All!

V70 1998 150200 miles

I have been bugged y OBD2 Code P0410 for the last few months.

1. Checked Air Pump... Pumps strongly when I acutate the relay.
(swapped relays)

2. Checked SAS valve... Opens up fine and can hear the exhaust when
opened. (Tookitout and cleaned) Vacume line and connectors are okay.

3. Checked Vacume to the SAS and its okay. Vacume is Relay okay.

4. Front O2 sensor replaced about 6000 miles ago.

Notice car Mostly starts in "open loop" mode and than goes
mostly "closed loop" but will switch back and forth occasionally.

Question....

What signal triggers P0410 and from where is its source/sensor...
ECU signal line, temperature, air/fuel mix?

Any Help Advice will be Most Appreciated..

Thanks-A-Lot..

Greg
