Starter problem V70-XC70 2001

I have a 2001 V70 Non-turbo new battery and no start I tapped the starter solenoid and the engine turns over and starts. so I replaced the starter with a brand X Autozone remanufactured starter. worked fine for two months and again I have the same promblem and i had to tap on the starter solenoid to get the engine to turn over and start,so this time I removed and replaced the starter with a BOSH factory replacement Starter,it worked good for the last 3 days and this morning as I was off to work it happened again No start and with my trusty Brass hammer I tapped the starter solenoid and off i went to work.I would appreceiate any help on this issue Thanks!
