Front suspension snap S70 1998

Everything stock except the Bilsteins and new anti sway bar end links. I've been all around underneath, but I have not yet removed all the splash aprons under the fender. Is there any truth to that issue I mentioned about the sway bar not being one piece? That doesn't sound right to me, although I've never had the bushings off the frame mounts. The sound occurs at about half turn, only when backing in and out of the drive, but NOT when I hit the tiny bump at the curb. Does not occur at very low speed, that is, creeping, and does not seem to be related to any impact at all. It has to be something to do with the angle the car reaches as it climbs or goes down the incline. Thanks for your response!
