Seinfeld drove a SAAB

My only SAAB was a 1978 turbo, 2 door with the 2L engine. I loved how that car performed. Unfortunately, the turbo was replaced at 30K miles and the car was replaced after it started to blow oil out of every seal in the block. Now I know that the crankcase pressure was too high and a little preemptive work would have solved that problem.

The seats were comfortable, but the engine compartment was "full" making for hard work there.

SAAB is a good and safe car, so long as you stick to the 9-3 or 9-5. If you have young children, be careful about them sitting shotgun... the key is in the center console and can be easily reached while driving.
