850R Lawsuit? Any Information? Anyone? 850 1997

I just purchased a Volvo Certified 1997 850R with 24,000 miles from a local dealer.

I just learned that the tires are suspect and Volvo will replace these at no charge.

Please give any information you have as to how I might get this done as I fear driving this car now because of the tires.
