The SRS is not the ABS module. Vic doesn't repair either one. To find out what the problem is you will need a Volvo scanner, do not assume anything. Personally, I would pass on any offer for cars with SRS and/or ABS lights on.

It is possible that it was involved in an accident or the seatbelt actuator has died. If you are lucky, the owner did something and all it needs is the code reset, but I doubt it.

If you were rich, complain to the BBB. Cars should not be sold with defective safety equipment. No air bags is more dangerous than lack of ABS.
