Help!

My DearMissus was ina fender bender.. Complete right side corner ripped off.
I want to replace the complete cover. Any ideas how to go about relising
the mid section .. appears to be glued.. do not see any rivets or tabs etc.
(Tabs only on the top row.. loosening these.. the cover will not budge)

I see the rivets in the wheel well..

I looked at a parts diagram but did not see and nuts or bolts

Any advice tips would be Most Appreciated..
