Key won't turn in ignition! V70-XC70

My key goes in the ignition... but it wont turn. I have tried giggling it. It worked once, but it happened again. It is totally locked up. I have tried the other key too. Now I am stuck. The key entry is locked up.
What do you think? I am totally stuck without a car :(
