Codes 850 1995

My 1995 850GLT activated the check engine light this evening with no apparent symptoms. I attemted to read the codes the same way you do for the transmission but obviously it is not done the same way. So I put the jumper into A2 and followed similiar directions that were given to me by Rich last year. It kept repeating 241. If this was done correctly, could someone please amplify this code or tell me how to retrieve it correctly.
