Coolant from the dealer is twice the price of 'other' coolant. But, at $38/gallon (one gallon needed), it is cheaper than an oil change. Yes, coolant should be flushed every few years. New coolant takes care of the water pump and radiator junk buildup.

Is this at your 105K service? Usually, the water pump will last for 180-210K miles, if the fluid is kept in good condition.
