Lighting upgrades? V70-XC70 1998

Anyone know of a GOOD driving light or at the very least a good fog light that can be cleanly installed on my 98 V70?

I know the RIGHT way to go is to upgrade to E standards. But for now, I'm considering a driving light that may extend the reach of my lights. If such a driving light is not available, how about a good fog light that'll improve lateral visibility?

Right now I just cannot stand the fact that I'm looking OVER my lighting area into the dark as I drive!
