I had my rotors replaced too some time ago, but I do not remember whether the problem started immediatelly after as it took me some time to realise (after a scary moment of very hard braking).

Have you fixed the problem ? The dealer says that it could lead to replacing the ABS module / hydraulic unit costing A LOT of money !!
