Any Hypermilers Out There?

With the rise in fuel prices over the last few months, I have looking into "hypermiling" -- the fine art and science of driving to maximize fuel economy. Are there any practicing hypermilers out there? What is your average gas mileage in a FWD or AWD Volvo? What's the best mileage you've ever achieved by hypermiling?

One website ran across suggested cutting off the engine if stopped at a traffic light for 7 seconds or more ... because that's about how much gas it takes to start a "modern" vehicle. Are there any practical hypermiling techniques that you perform every time you get behind the wheel?
