Mobile phone car kit 850 95

I wish to install a mobile phone car kit in my 850 (NOKIA CARK-91). However there is not enough free space on the car's dashboard as the dashboard is "curved" and not straight like say a Mercedes dash.

Where is the best place in the car to install the phone holder. I would be grateful for some advice before I start drilling any holes in my car.
