all lights work, car won't start S70 1998

The starter motor needs 10 volts to engage, the lights work with less than 9 volts. Can you get a jump from another car? How old is your battery, over 5 years? The clock going to 12:00 is an indication of no voltage.

If you think the battery is good, check the wiring from the battery to the starter. Some time the red cables are so corroded that they loose contact.
