V70 interior lights and drivers door V70-XC70 1999

My 1999 V70 with 161K miles has a couple of issues

1. When the drivers door is fully closed the light by your feet stays on as do the overhead lights.

2. None of the windows will move and the exterior mirrors can not be adjusted.

3. The ignition key will spin all the way around byt the car can still be started and turned off.

Are these related in anyway?
