It's a wagon.

Thank God it didn't happen in the USA! We would have had riots, looting, and gawkers everywhere. I don't think anyone on the east coast knows what to do if a Tsunami were about to wash ashore, or up the St Lawrence seaway. NYC probably wouldn't tell anyone, afraid of the mass panic and hysteria, along with the riots and looting.

At least the suffering people in Japan are acting like adults. I also feel for them.
