BLOWN HEAD GASKET or OVERHEATING S80 2000

Interesting, the 105K service was supposed to include a new timing belt.

If it is bubbling a lot, it is an indication that the coolant is boiling and a new pump 'might' resolve the issue. I would check the engine temp sensor and fan relay for proper operation.

You could always pressure test the coolant and/or replace the coolant cap.

Remember, the dealer normally doesn't replace the antifreeze, ATF, etc.

The big problem with the early S80s with the T6 is engine heat that cooks the electronics and wiring.
